Fish cake soup with shrimp
In the evening, I tried to diet by eating only Haute wheat, but the fish cake I bought yesterday was in front of me, so I made fish cake soup in a spicy way! The amount is always for 2 people, but I ate it all by myself..

  • fish cake

  • Shrimp.
    10~12ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • King oyster mushroom
    1ea
  • jalapenos
    1~2ea
  • leek
    suitably
  • Garlic
    wanted
  • Salt
    little
  • Anchovy
    10ea
  • Sea tangle

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Please prepare the ingredients!
Make broth while preparing ingredients.
Making broth - use kelp (2 sheets) & dried anchovies (10 pieces).
STEP 2/3
When the broth is finished, take out the kelp and anchovies.
Put the ingredients in order.
- Fish cake (boil it for 10 minutes first)
- Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic
- Add shrimp and green onion
- Lastly, add jalapeno (or cheongyang pepper).
Boil it for 10 more minutes and it's done!
STEP 3/3
Put it in a bowl deliciously.
Spicy fish cake soup is done!
Fish cakes absorb a lot of water. Add more water if there is not enough water after adding all the ingredients. I think it tastes good without salt, but I tried it :) If you like something a little bland, don't add salt.
