Soft Butter Cookies - Pepero Cookies
I made the butter cookies that I usually make into Pepero shapes. Soft butter cookies and chocolate~ It's a cookie that goes really well with winter. Soft and sweet butter cookies! Make sure to make them! ^^

Ingredients
  • Butter
    220g
  • Sugar
    130g
  • Gravity powder
    310g
  • Salt
    1/4ts
  • Chocolate

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add butter and sugar and cream it. (Use a blender or a hand whisk)
Add vanilla extract and mix.
STEP 2/6
Sift the flour and salt and mix at low speed or as if cutting with a spatula.
STEP 3/6
Put the dough in a plastic pack, roll it to a thickness of 1.3cm, and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Cut the dough out of the refrigerator into the desired length, pan it in a pan, and leave it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
(It's about 25 to 30 pieces out of 17cm.)
STEP 5/6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
Bake until cookie color is light brown.
Cool it in a pan for more than 5 minutes and then cool it enough in a cooling net.
STEP 6/6
Dissolve the prepared chocolate in a double bath or melt it in a microwave oven, then put the cookies in and take it out.
Cover with cookie crunch or decorate with chocolate pen.
