STEP 1/6
First, start baking 18 pieces of chicken wings in an air fryer at a temperature of 160 degrees.
Make sauce while cooking. Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix them all together. You can add 2 spoons of sweetness depending on your taste.
I've put some tips on my blog for using the air fryer, so if you're interested, please check out my blog!
STEP 2/6
When the wings are almost done, put a little oil in the pan and stir-fry it over high heat until the green onion and spicy flavor comes up.
STEP 3/6
Reduce heat over medium heat and add grilled wings to coat it with a spicy scent.
STEP 4/6
When it has a spicy scent, sprinkle 1/2t of pepper and continue to mix. Cook over medium heat as green onions may burn.
STEP 5/6
Add the sauce. Reduce the temperature over low heat and mix it like it's boiling down.
STEP 6/6
If you wear a thick sauce and chicken wings, it's done!
If you boil down the sauce too much, it may cool down and become hard, so if the sauce is boiled down to a certain thickness, remove from the heat and eat it. Otherwise, the sauce will be ruined! You got it, right?
By the way, the alcohol that goes well with this dish is Corona beer! Kangchu!!
