How to make spicy and delicious rabokki

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
[Making broth]
Put 800ml of water in a hollow frying pan
Put 2 1/2 sheets of fish cake and 4 sheets of kelp and soak it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn on the gas stove and boil it over high heat. When the water starts to boil, take out the kelp and fish cake.

[Mixing the sauce]
Mix 6 spoons of red pepper powder and 5 spoons of sugar in a bowl.
STEP 3/6
[Frying fish cake]
In an ungreased frying pan, boil 2 1/2 sheets of fish cake with broth and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
STEP 4/6
[Adding ingredients while boiling the broth]
Reheat the broth to strong heat.
When the broth starts to boil, add a handful of chopped cabbage, half an onion, and eight rice cakes.

[Adding seasoning]
As soon as you add the vegetables and rice cakes, add the red pepper powder, sugar, stir-fried fish cake, and 2 spoons of thick soy sauce.
STEP 6/6
[Putting in ramen noodles]
Add all the ingredients and when the soup starts to boil again, add 1 ramen noodle and put the noodles in front with tongs.Mix it well to the back.
Boil it as if you're boiling it for another 3 minutes, and you're done with rabokki that looks spicy just by looking at it.
It's a spicy and sweet recipe for rabokki. It may be spicy depending on the type of red pepper powder, but it is spicy due to the nature of the recipe. But there's a magical charm that you keep on touching.
