STEP 1/9
The first thing you need to do is use scissors to cut the top off At first, I removed the tip with my hands, but while washing it, the water might get in and rot
STEP 2/9
You can clean it under running water. :)
STEP 3/9
Place the cleaned cheongyang peppers on a strainer tray and drain as much as possible
STEP 4/9
Wipe off each cheongyang pepper with a kitchen towel If there is water, it will dry and rot, so wipe it thoroughly :)
STEP 5/9
If you put a sheet of kitchen towel on a closed container, you can store the dried peppers for 2 weeks
STEP 6/9
If you want to eat it fresher and longer, try storing it in a glass bottle You can keep it fresh for a really long time :) If you imagine peppers growing, it'll be easier to understand
STEP 7/9
When you keep it frozen, you can cut it and store it. You can cut it in the way you use it often I use it to cut sideways
STEP 8/9
First, put the sliced peppers in an airtight container or glass bottle and store them in the refrigerator
STEP 9/9
If you want to keep it frozen, you can keep it for a longer time if you write the date on the zipper pack and storing it. :)
If you become a little diligent, you can leave Cheongyang red pepper for a long time and eat it :)
