Put bean sprouts and add 3T spoon of boiled soy sauce. (I like spicy things, so I put in the vinegar too.) Tip- You have to open the lid and cook it all the time so that the bean sprouts don't smell fishy.
STEP 4/4
When the soup boils down to its own size, add 1T spoon of red pepper powder and mix evenly. When the soup is almost boiled down, turn off the heat and put it on a plate. (The more boiled down, the less water comes out of the bean sprouts, and it's salty, so you can leave it for a long time to eat. If you enjoy the crunchy texture of bean sprouts, boil them down moderately.)
