STEP 1/10
Wash the cockles several times. (I bought the peeled cockles.)
STEP 2/10
Bring to a boil in a steamer.
STEP 3/10
Put it in a steamer and peel it when the steam rises and the cockles open. (Don't throw away the water in the steamer, just rinse the cockles along with the water above.)
STEP 4/10
Peel one side and put it on a plate
STEP 5/10
Please make me seasoned soy sauce.
STEP 6/10
Chop and mix the green onions and peppers in the soy sauce.
STEP 7/10
Please put it on top of cockles.
STEP 8/10
Down there is a dead cockle. Please throw away.
STEP 9/10
Place the spoon on the side of the shell that is not thrown away and twist it in opposite directions.
STEP 10/10
After peeling all the remaining cockles, rinse them in steamed water (optional), and pack them for once and store them in the freezer.
I personally don't like small foreign substances being chewed when I wash cockles, wash them clean, boil them, and eat them, so I rinse the boiled cockles in water and cook them if they don't come out.
