STEP 1/6
< Slice an apple>
2 peeled apples
Cut it into very small pieces.
STEP 2/6
< Add sugar>
Place all the sliced apples in a hollow skillet and pour 290g of brown sugar over them.
STEP 3/6
< Boil and add cinnamon powder>
Now cover the pot and boil it down on low heat for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, stir once overall and add half a spoon of cinnamon powder.
STEP 4/6
< Boil enough>
From now on, I'm going to open the lid and proceed. Stir over low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until apple turns dark brown.
STEP 5/6
<Put in hot sterilized glass bottles>
Due to the nature of jam that needs to be stored for a long time, you can eat it for a relatively long time without worrying about bacterial growth if you put it in a hot-water sterilized glass bottle rather than a plastic bell.
STEP 6/6
<How to eat>
It's apple jam that feels much more dry than the thinness of commercial jam, but you should eat it as if you're eating apple pulp instead of putting it on the bread.
Each apple pulp is a 'jam' with a sweet taste. ^_^
Homemade jam has a lot of sugar, but it's no match for commercial jam. Homemade "Apple Jam" made with only apples and sugar without many additives
You can eat it with bread or tea with hot water.
