STEP 1/11
Whenever I make ginger, I can't reach it because of the spicy taste. I like ginger tea in winter. So I like sour lemon syrup, so I mix ginger with lemon syrup to make lemon syrup. Then the spicy ginger tastes savory.
(Add sugar and honey as much as the ginger and lemon are trimmed.). You can make ginger syrup with only ginger, or you can make lemon syrup with only lemon.)
STEP 2/11
First, sterilize the glass container in boiling water and dry it well.
If you put the glass bottle upside down and boil it, the inside of the glass bottle will be disinfected with hot steam.
STEP 3/11
I washed the lemon with baking soda and then with fruit sanitizer. Since it's a cheong for dipping the skin, it's most important to clean it cleanly.
STEP 4/11
You can easily peel ginger by washing it in water and scratching it with a spoon.
STEP 5/11
It would be better to slice it thinly with a knife, but I didn't have the confidence to cut it, so I cut it with a chopper.
I weighed 278g.
STEP 6/11
Cut both ends of the lemon, slice it thinly, and remove all the seeds from the inside, even if it's a little annoying. If you put seeds in it, it can have a bitter taste bitter.
STEP 7/11
The amount of lemon cut like this is 934g.
If you don't have a kitchen scale at home, you can take it up on the scale and lose your weight. ^^
STEP 8/11
Ginger 278g, lemon 934 = 1212g
First, I put in half the weight of honey and half the sugar.
STEP 9/11
Pour sugar and honey into the prepared lemon and ginger and mix well.
STEP 10/11
If you add honey, it dissolves better and mixes better when mixed than when you add sugar alone.
Then you can put it in the glass bottle you prepared.
STEP 11/11
It's pretty.
I'll wait a little while until it ripens, and then I'll be able to eat it from this winter, right?
I should give you a bottle.^^ It's too pretty for me to eat it.
