STEP 1/8
We need to prepare the ingredients. I used 100g of dried shrimp. There may be some powder, so it's better to put it down on a sieve.
STEP 2/8
Prepare the seasoning. Add soy sauce 2T, sugar 1T, minced garlic 1T, red pepper powder 1T, and refined rice wine 2T and mix.
If you don't have Cheongju, you can skip it. Instead, add 2T of water. Cheongju has the effect of relieving the fishy smell, but it also has the effect of reducing the dryness of the seasoning.
STEP 3/8
First, stir-fry dried shrimp in a dry pan over low heat. It also removes the fishy smell and the remaining moisture.
STEP 4/8
Add 3T of cooking oil and stir-fry quickly. The shrimp is crispy. If you think it's not enough, you can add 1-2T more.
STEP 5/8
Add the prepared seasoning and stir-fry. Always on low heat.
STEP 6/8
Remove from heat and add 2T of oligosaccharide and sesame seeds and mix well.
Stir-fried dried shrimp is done! Crispy, salty, and sweet
And because of the red pepper powder, it's a delicious fried shrimp that's a little different.
STEP 7/8
If you season it with soy sauce only, it's salty and sweet, but if you add red pepper powder, you can taste a little different with its unique scent.
STEP 8/8
It's delicious if you stir-fry it with other ingredients, but it's delicious because it's savory and crispy even if you just stir-fry shrimp.
Yogo is good as a side dish, but it's also good as a beer dish. It's not salty, so it's a side dish that I keep using.
