Making apple jam Last weekend, my sidekick went all the way to Andong to help my acquaintance's orchard, and I brought a lot of organic apples and made it right away. It is a fruit in season, and I loved the sour and sweet taste, and I made plenty of jam with healthy apples that are good to eat with the skin. The scent of cinnamon is deep, so I'm going to put up an autumn day.

Cooking Steps

It's an organic apple that you eat with the skin, so you didn't wash it separately with baking soda, but washed it under running water. Wash regular apples clean by rubbing them with baking soda.

Cut off the apple seeds.

Cut the apple into small pieces. It's hard to cut apples because I used a lot~~LOL Even if it's hard, hold it in and cut it~^^

Add lemon juice and sugar to the sliced apple and stir-fry lightly over the fire, and the water comes out like this. Continue to heat while stirring so that it does not stick. You can add or subtract the amount of sugar if the apple is less sweet or if you like.

Add cinnamon sticks and cinnamon powder and bring to a boil. I love cinnamon so much that they boiled me with a few more sticks besides the cinnamon powder. If you add cinnamon sticks, the scent will boil even more. If you don't want it, just add cinnamon powder.

If you take out the cinnamon stick and boil it while stirring, the soup will boil down and make delicious apple jam.
