Hello, I'm Montbay Hyang. :-) The side dish I'm trying for the first time! I rarely eat bok choy, but I bought it to make this It's super simple, so let's do it with beginners like me!

  • Bok choy

  • Cooking oil

  • Salt

  • Sesame oil

  • thick soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce

  • Sugar
    1/5cup
  • Water
    2cup
  • potato starch
    1/4cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash bok choy clean and cut it in half. Cut the green onion into small pieces *If it's too much to eat as a whole, you can cut it comfortably
STEP 2/6
Boil 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and a pinch of salt in water, add bok choy, and cook until it is slightly short of breath [Less than a minute] *The vegetables are glossy~
STEP 3/6
Please move it to the bowl
STEP 4/6
Mix together the Chinese all-purpose sauce ingredients, then boil in a pan to thicken
STEP 5/6
Add green onions and mix it and put a bit of sesame oil
STEP 6/6
Place bok choy and sauce on a plate alternately (for your information, I'll put it in 3 layers!)
