Grill sweet potatoes in a double-sided pan
How was your day? Since the remaining months are November and December, how can a day be so short? I used to take a nap and wake up for a long day... What have I been doing all day now that I'm writing posts at night? Come to think of it for a moment, I went out twice, did housework that was not noticeable, and ate ramen and kimchi for lunch. And dinner... Oh... I thought there was nothing to post on the blog. Why during the day!!! I can't think of anything. At night... So I simply baked sweet potatoes in a double-sided pan.

I put paper foil on the floor. My double-sided fan is precious.

The temperature is 160 degrees, so I set the timer for 20 minutes. I was thinking about making it 180 degrees, but I was afraid it would burn too much...^^

The alarm went off because the timer was over, so I opened it and it burned slightly. Um... It's going as planned~~ I was going to flip the double-sided pan, but then I have to flip the paper foil, too... So we're going to use tongs to spin sweet potatoes...

I checked how much it burns at 160 degrees at first, so I set the timer at 180 degrees at 10 minutes.

Oh! Roasted sweet potatoes are done with a double-sided pan. I only flipped it once in the middle, but it looks so delicious.
