Add onion skin, green onion, zucchini, and dried shrimp to make vegetable broth for baby food.

Prepare flounder, oyster mushroom, onion, cabbage, a little green onion (optional), and soaked rice.

I added a little bit of black rice to rice with brown rice and barley to increase the nutrients. The texture could be too much for babies to eat, so I kept adding the broth and boiling it over low heat.
Mid-term baby food is available, and pollack and cod are also suitable as white fish.
It is easier to cook if you buy trimmed white fish.
