Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel the potato peel off with a filler and slice it not too thin, rinse it slightly in cold water, and strain it through a sieve
I chop carrots and onions into similar sizes

Put oil on a heated pan and stir-fry minced garlic and green onions so that they don't burn over medium heat
