Baby food for babies that cause allergic reactions to cheese, egg whites, milk, and crabs. It was made using digestible ingredients for Ula, who is suffering from indigestion and has difficulty sleeping due to itching in her allergy. This is our agricultural baby food made with rice and zucchini that grandmother grew in Yangju. Rice boosts energy and strengthens the spleen and stomach. In addition, the carbohydrate in rice has the advantage of being digested better than other grains as it has a digestive absorption rate of 98%. Cabbage is rich in vitamins B, C, and U and lysine, an essential amino acid, so eating cabbage steadily increases immunity and strengthens gastrointestinal function. It is also a vegetable that is effective in preventing constipation and strengthens the stomach and intestines due to its high fiber. Zucchini is a comfortable vegetable to use as a baby food because it is rich in nutrients, soft, digestible, and absorbs well. Folic acid is especially good for brain development, and lecithin is good for improving immunity. It is also rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals and is sweet, so it is effective in raising children's appetite. Cabbage and zucchini are ingredients that can be obtained easily and cheaply throughout the four seasons.

Cooking Steps

Rice and beef are soaked in water for more than 30 minutes each.

Pour 50ml of soaked rice and water into a blender and grind to 1/4 the size of a grain of rice.

Prepare only the soft leaves of cabbage.

Peel the zucchini, then cut out the seeds and prepare.

Boil 150ml of cabbage, zucchini, and water in a pot and boil it for 5-6 minutes.

Put soaked rice, beef, and 200ml of water in a pot where cabbage and zucchini are boiled.
