Rice and beef are soaked in water for more than 30 minutes each.

Pour 50ml of soaked rice and water into a blender and grind to 1/4 the size of a grain of rice.

Rinse the beef in running water and remove the water.

Prepare only the soft leaves of cabbage.

The zucchini skin contains a lot of beta-carotene, and the seeds contain lecithin, so it's good to eat together. However, the skin and seeds are high in fiber, so it is not good to use them for baby food, so peel the skin and remove the seeds.
