Ingredients
  • a stem of seaweed
    300g
  • Carrot
    50g
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • Cooking oil
    2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1/2TS
  • the liquid of tuna
    1/2TS
  • Sesame
    1ts
  • Sesame oil
    1ts
  • Water
    50ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the seaweed stems with salt in running water and soak them in cold water to remove the salty taste for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Cut it into bite-sized pieces (34 cm).
STEP 3/8
Slice carrots and onions in length
STEP 4/8
Put oil in a pan and add seaweed stems and minced garlic
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Add onions and carrots and stir-fry for about 10 minutes until they are transparent
STEP 6/8
Add water when vegetables are cooking transparently
STEP 7/8
Add soy sauce and tuna sauce Stir-fry it for 3 minutes
STEP 8/8
Add sesame oil and the whole thing and wrap it up
