Wash the seaweed stems with salt in running water and soak them in cold water to remove the salty taste for about 30 minutes.

Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Add onions and carrots and stir-fry for about 10 minutes until they are transparent

Add water when vegetables are cooking transparently

Add soy sauce and tuna sauce Stir-fry it for 3 minutes

Add sesame oil and the whole thing and wrap it up
