Clear soup with cod

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add stock ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Cut radish into flat and large pieces and cut zucchini and onion into similar sizes. Cut the crown daisy into 3cm pieces.
STEP 3/6
I bought a pack of trimmed cod at the mart. Wash it in cold water and prepare it.
STEP 4/6
Add radish to stock and bring to a boil over medium heat until half cooked.
STEP 5/6
Then add the cod, zucchini, onion, and minced garlic and boil over medium heat. When the cod is cooked, season the soup with salt and anchovy sauce.
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add crown daisy and green onion. You can add a little pepper or cheongyang pepper to your preference.
