How to make Butadong (butadon) Japanese-style pork rice bowl - D
I made Butadon, a type of Donburi, a Japanese bowl of rice. Let's make it simple with commercial tsuyu and pork bulgogi.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the pork bulgogi into bite-sized pieces
Shred the onions a little thickly, and chop the green onions and chives in shape.
STEP 2/8
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry green onions over medium heat
STEP 3/8
Spread out the meat one by one and cook it well.
STEP 4/8
When the meat is 80% cooked, add onions and stir-fry.
STEP 5/8
When the onion is slightly out of breath, add the sauce that you made and simmer gently over medium heat.
STEP 6/8
Boil the soup so that it doesn't get too watery.
STEP 7/8
On top of the warm rice, add the soup of the stir-fried pork
STEP 8/8
Place the yolk and chives in the middle and sprinkle red pepper powder to your liking.
Make the sauce beforehand except for water, melt the sugar well, pour the sauce, put the water in the bowl, and you can put all the seasoning. Ginger powder removes the smell of pork, but it also adds to the flavor of the rice bowl.
