Making delicious and simple Chinese Bibimbap
Today, I made a simple and delicious Chinese bibimbap. It's easy and simple, so I think it's good to make it with leftover ingredients. I measured it with a spoon of rice. Then I'll start the delicious Chinese bibimbap!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut shiitake, onion, and pumpkin into 1*1cm pieces.
STEP 2/10
Chop green onions, peppers, and garlic You can chop the garlic and slice it.
STEP 3/10
I'm done with preparing the salty vegetables I'll make the sauce now.

Add 2 tons of red pepper paste, 2 tons of soy sauce, and 5 tons of water.

And add 2 tons of sugar and 1 ton of thick red pepper powder.

Lastly, add the green onion, garlic, and pepper that you cut earlier and mix the sauce well to finish.

Add 5t of oil and pepper to preheated pan and add onions to flavor the oil.

If the oil smells like onions, add the beef pumpkin shiitake mushrooms in order and stir-fry them quickly at high temperatures.

When the meat is half cooked, add the sauce and stir-fry it. That's it!

If you put the sauce on top of the rice, it's really good When you stir-fry vegetables, you can taste the delicious Chinese bibimbap with the smell of fire.
