Fried chicken curry
It's a dish that I made by applying it slightly after looking at the chicken cooking dictionary cookbook. Fried food is a little burdensome to make at home, but it's very delicious. It's a taste that both children and adults will like, so make sure to make it.

  • Curry

  • Lettuce
    1~2handful
  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix together soy sauce, curry powder and whipped cream.
STEP 2/8
Make a hole in the clean chicken stick with a fork.
STEP 3/8
Mix chicken in curry sauce and refrigerate for about an hour.
STEP 4/8
Please prepare flour and potato starch separately.
STEP 5/8
Lightly shake off the chicken stick mixed with curry sauce with potato starch.
STEP 6/8
Pour oil into a deep pan and fry the chicken stick when it rises to about 170 degrees. Fry for about 6-7 minutes.
STEP 7/8
If you put it up and down in the middle, it's crispy and the color is pretty.
STEP 8/8
If lettuce is ready, mix all the sauce ingredients and sprinkle them on the lettuce. And put the fried chicken stick on top.
