STEP 1/12
Please make the caramel sauce first
Put water and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat

Bring to a boil until it becomes caramel color
When it starts to turn into caramel, the color gets darker quickly
Please get the timing right

Pour caramel syrup into pudding container and cool at room temperature

Soak gelatin in cold water

Combine milk and whipped cream in a saucepan
STEP 6/12
Place the yolk in a clean bowl and mix 4 spoons of milk and whipped cream mixture
STEP 7/12
Heat sugar and vanilla beans over low heat in a saucepan of milk and whipped cream

Remove from heat just before mixture boils, squeeze out water from gelatin soaked in cold water and mix in mixture

When gelatin is all melted and mixed, strain the mixture into the yolk
STEP 10/12
Mix pudding liquid evenly, strain through a small sieve again, and fill in pudding containers with caramel sauce
STEP 11/12
Harden pudding in refrigerator for 2 hours or so long enough
STEP 12/12
Turn the pudding over on a plate and the caramel sauce will flow in moderation, so you can enjoy sweet pudding :)
You have to harden the pudding in the refrigerator for two hours
