I combined gyukatsu that I ate in Japan with Korean curry to make a dish that suits the taste of Koreans.

Cooking Steps

1. Wash rice three times to remove impurities, soak it, and cook rice.

2. Cut carrots, onions, potatoes, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
3. Stir-fry potatoes and carrots in oil first, and when half-cooked, add onions and mushrooms and cook.

4. Dissolve curry powder in water to make sauce, and then add it to the stir-fried vegetables to adjust the curry concentration.

5. Season the beef with salt and pepper, mix it in the order of flour, eggs, and bread crumbs, and fry it in 180 degrees preheated oil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until the bread crumbs become colored.

6. Put rice on a plate, pour curry sauce, and place gyukatsu cut into bite-sized pieces.
7. Shred cabbage (vegetable lettuce, cabbage, etc.), which is a salad ingredient, and mix it with dressing.
8. You can enjoy spicy food by adding Cheongyang red pepper according to your preference.
