    20g
  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare zucchini, sweet potatoes, and rice~
When I don't have time, I sometimes use cooked rice.
Maybe because it's harvest season these days, it's fresh new rice with a production year of 2018 :) All the ingredients with rice are good for digestion and absorption.
STEP 2/6
Clean the zucchini and sweet potatoes and cut them.
I'm going to blanch it anyway, so you don't have to work hard. Cut it into smaller pieces if you want to filter it through a sieve.
Zucchini is high in fiber and vitamins.
A zucchini with strong vitality that doesn't dry out even in summer!
STEP 3/6
Blanch each trimmed ingredient in water.
Remove zucchini when it becomes clear. I already boiled sweet potatoes to eat as a snack in the morning, so I'm going to peel them and use them.
STEP 4/6
I eat sweet potatoes a lot in the middle of fall and winter, but it tastes sweet and rich in fiber, so it's good for intestinal activities, right? The sweet potato I chose today has a lot of cores, so I cut it off and took it out because I thought it would be uncomfortable for my child to eat it. :)
STEP 5/6
Put each ingredient in a blender and grind it thoroughly.
You can add soaked rice, but I just added rice today. I'm a busy working mom, but I want to make it myself...When I'm a little chubby.. Even like this... Let's save time.
STEP 6/6
Early baby food, but it's past the drinking stage.. I'm going to taste mild zucchini sweet potato porridge for my child who hasn't gotten used to various flavors yet. I'm going to add chicken or beef to this soon.
Right! It's still too thick to eat like that, so I actually mixed more water and made it thinner than the picture. I think you can adjust the concentration according to how your child eats better!
It is said that it is less destructive to nutrients by filtering and crushing it in a sieve than in a blender. :)
