I made spicy stir-fried fish cake and ate it.. It was so good! I thought it would be really delicious if I put this in kimbap, so I made it.. It's really good^^

Cooking Steps

Prepare the flat fish cake by cutting it long.

Cut the garlic into pieces and fry it with plenty of oil, and stir-fry.

Then add fish cake and soy sauce chili powder and stir-fry.

Lastly, add oligosaccharide and finish.

Divide the cucumber into quarters, remove the seeds, and soak it in salt again to remove moisture.

After cooling the egg garnish with 3 to 4 sheets, roll it up and shred it finely.

In addition, you can prepare gimbap ingredients that suit your taste, such as pickled radish, braised burdock, and crab meat. I made braised burdock and used it.

Put rice on top of seaweed, add ingredients, and roll the fish cake stir-fry.
It's stir-fried fish cake with red sauce, so there's a disadvantage of being stained with other ingredients when rolling kimbap. If you roll it on lettuce or perilla leaves, you can make a clean gimbap.
