Cooking Steps

I boiled two sweet potatoes. Put a steamer in the oven and boil it for 35 minutes, and if there is no oven, put a strainer in a pressure rice cooker, close the lid, and boil it for 40 minutes. Sweet potatoes peel well when they are warm.
STEP 2/4
Remove the skin of the sweet potatoes and mash them with a spoon. It's much easier to break when it's warm. It's good to keep that in mind. A sweet potato that is too small has a lot of wick, so a bigger sweet potato is easier to use.

It's okay to chop vegetables such as cucumbers and carrots, and I added nuts because I didn't have time today. I added cranberries, raisins, and sunflower seeds, and you can add almond slices and walnuts to your liking.
STEP 4/4
Add 1T of mayonnaise and 0.5T of sugar and mix. Soft and delicious sweet potato salad and sweet potato are made without whipped cream.
