STEP 1/25
These are the ingredients you need to make potato butter oven!
STEP 2/25
Wash 8 potatoes in running water.
Wash thoroughly until muddy water does not come out.
STEP 3/25
Place potatoes on top of two wooden chopsticks on a cutting board.
STEP 4/25
Cut potatoes at tight intervals.
If you cut the bottom with wooden chopsticks as a support, it's good because the potatoes won't cut until the end!
The far right side is the end, so the potatoes are cut off. LOL
STEP 5/25
If you look from the side, you can cut it so that the potato has half the cut.
Cut the rest of the potatoes like this.
STEP 6/25
All eight potatoes were finely cut.
I didn't peel potatoes on purpose to eat them!
STEP 7/25
Soak potatoes in water for about 30 minutes to remove starch from potatoes.
You can taste more crispy potatoes if you take out the starch from the potatoes.
Preheat the oven at 230 degrees for 30 minutes with the upper and lower lights on.
STEP 8/25
While the potato starch is being removed, I will make butter sauce to spread over the potato.
Microwave butter for 30 seconds and melt.
STEP 9/25
The butter melted quickly even though I spun it for spinning.
STEP 10/25
Add 2 tsp sugar to melted butter.
STEP 11/25
And mix evenly with a butter brush.
Then the butter sauce is done!
STEP 12/25
Drain all the potatoes that have been starch removed after 30 minutes.
STEP 13/25
Please stick the potatoes on the wooden skewers.
It's like a honey spatula(?)
You need a lot of strength when you stick raw potatoes on wooden skewersLOL
It's hard because it's a raw potato, so wooden skewers don't go in well!!
Strength, strength, strength!!! Way to go!
STEP 14/25
Please prepare paper foil on the oven pan.
Then the potato butter oven is ready to make!
STEP 15/25
Place 3 potatoes on a wooden skewer in a paper foil oven pan.
STEP 16/25
Moisten potatoes with butter sauce.
I applied it three times!
It's better to apply it three times than once, right? ^^
STEP 17/25
I put enough butter sauce on all the potatoes!
STEP 18/25
And sprinkle salt on the potatoes.
I'm going to make sweet and salty potato butter oven.
STEP 19/25
Potatoes sprinkled with salt ^^
STEP 20/25
Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 50 minutes with all the top and bottom lights on.
STEP 21/25
Potatoes bending and appearing in the oven
It's not a tornado potato, but it's about the size of an accordion potato!
It looks really delicious >
STEP 22/25
A total of eight potato butter ovens have been made!
It really looks exactly like a honey spatula
I'm proud that the shape came out so pretty ^^
STEP 23/25
I'll try a potato butter oven!
STEP 24/25
The moment you take a bite!
The salty taste of salt was a godsend!
Whenever I made a cut and took a bite, it cut well, so it was good to eat!
STEP 25/25
The potatoes are cooked to the inside!
I like the taste of chewing while eating because I didn't peel potatoes.
Simple and delicious potato butter oven roast!
You should also make it yourself and try it!
