Every house has dumplings in the freezer. I bought it during the 1+1 event, and there is one bag that's still there. This isn't the dumpling I used to do, but it's shrimp dumpling.

I've been using an induction range a lot these days. I'm going to fry dumplings, so if you press the frying function, the default setting is 160 degrees, and the temperature is raised to 180 degrees. Fries are 180 degrees. It's frustrating to use a gas stove while using an induction stove. The heat goes up fast, so the cooking goes up fast.

I made the sauce by adding 1T of red pepper paste, 2T of ketchup, 2T of oligosaccharide, 2T of cooking wine, 3T of water, 1T of minced garlic, and 3 peppercinos. I made it spicy with peppercino. Kids have adult tastes when they grow up, and they can eat it as a snack for JJAKKUNG.

Pour the seasoning into the frying pan and bring to a boil.

Add fried dumplings and season and stay.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of frozen dumpling gangjeong and it's done. I made it spicy with lung perchino as a snack or a side dish for alcohol.
