Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Chop the onions and carrots, chop the shiitake mushrooms, season the pan with salt and pepper, respectively, and stir-fry.
Boil and cook the potatoes, then mash each.

Sweetened meat, stir-fried onions, carrots, mashed potatoes, egg whites, salt, pepper
Add minced garlic and season with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

Blanch the asparagus and roll the eggplant slices.

Divide the meat dough into three equal parts, then mix the minced shrimp, cheese, and shiitake mushrooms, respectively, and then wrap them in asparagus wrapped in eggplant.
Coat in order of frying powder, eggs, and bread crumbs.

Set the cooking oil temperature to 170 and fry it for 4 to 5 minutes.
Place croquette on kitchen towel when scavenged.

Blanch cherry tomatoes slightly and peel them.

Put all the sauce ingredients in the pan and boil it slightly.
You have to knead the croquette dough well so that it doesn't get ruined when it's fried.
