Cooking Steps

[Ingredients for okonomiyaki] (Based on the paper cup)
2 1/2 cups pancake flour, 2 cups water, a little over 1/4 cabbage, 1 squid, 1 pack of shrimp, 2 eggs

Pork cutlet sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise

Okonomiyaki, which was similar to what I ate in Japan! It is not bland because of the sauce even though there is no seasoning. It's okay without seafood, but I'll make seafood okonomiyaki with squid and shrimp. I'll put mussels in it
