STEP 1/14
[Ingredients for steamed clams]
Clams (1 pack), 4 cheongyang peppers, a little garlic, 1 green onion, butter, pepper, white wine (replaceable with cheongju or soju), thick salt
STEP 2/14
I bought wine with the cheapest white wine at E-Mart. The price is in the range of 6-7,000 won!
STEP 3/14
Wash clams clean and soak them in a bowl with water, then add 2-3 spoons of thick salt to remove them.
And cover it with a black plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
(It didn't work out for me because I did it for less than an hour.)
STEP 4/14
trimming vegetables in the meantime
Slice the garlic thinly, and slice the green onion and cheongyang pepper sideways
STEP 5/14
Melt a piece of butter in a pan..(Putting it on low heat)
STEP 6/14
Stir-fry sliced garlic.
STEP 7/14
Add a bit more butter
STEP 8/14
Wash the clams that were being washed in running water and put them in!!!
STEP 9/14
Add white wine to cover the clams.
STEP 10/14
Add Cheongyang chili peppers~~~ (I put four, but you can choose the spicy one according to your preference!)
STEP 11/14
When it boils, add green onions!
STEP 12/14
Now you just have to boil it hard lol. Add a little water and season the soup with pepper.
STEP 14/14
I ate it with tomato seafood spaghetti that I made together!
I'll cook my insider item on the grill table
I ate it with my family
If you put too much butter, the soup might get greasy, so I don't think you need to add it in the middle...
As long as you're good at sea clams
It's easy to make for dinner
Steamed clams with alcohol!
It's a housewarming menu, a birthday meal, and a side dish
I really recommend it!!!!!
1. The most important thing is to remove clams! It's better to do as much as possible. It seems that washing clams clean, covering them with black bags and doing them in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours is perfectly de-flavored.
2. I think you can add a small amount of butter when you first stir-fry the ingredients. If you put in too much, the soup might get greasy, so be careful!
3. Cooking white wine with as little water as possible seems to taste the best soup. White wine tasted much cleaner than soju.
