Delicious food with cucumber gimbap and ssamjang
I did 2 dishes and I was going to upload it quickly, but now I'm using it, so it's 10:31 right now. I'll be able to upload it within today, right? I have to write quickly without doing anything else, but it would be hard to write while watching "New Journey to the West." I'm going to put up gimbap, but it's a cucumber gimbap that you dip in very simple ssamjang.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Since it's cucumber gimbap that you dip in ssamjang, season it a little bit. You can make ssamjang yourself, but I used it because there is ssamjang for marts at my restaurant. 1T of ssamjang, 1T of mayonnaise, 1/3T of sugar

If you mix the three well, the ssamjang sauce with cucumber gimbap is completed.

When I made kimbap, I put vinegar, sugar, and salt in the rice, but this time I made sweet vinegar water and put it in. Add 1T of vinegar, 0.5T of sugar, and a little bit of salt to make sweet vinegar water, put it in rice and sesame seeds.

Mix the rice with a spatula. The rice grains are alive one by one without being crushed.
