                            Since it's cucumber gimbap that you dip in ssamjang, season it a little bit. You can make ssamjang yourself, but I used it because there is ssamjang for marts at my restaurant. 1T of ssamjang, 1T of mayonnaise, 1/3T of sugar

                            When I made kimbap, I put vinegar, sugar, and salt in the rice, but this time I made sweet vinegar water and put it in.
