Yuchae (Haruna) Vegetable Soybean Paste Seasoning
I'm from Gangwon-do, and I've never eaten rapeseed when I was young.
I got married and lived in the Seoul metropolitan area, and I met a rapeseed that is sold as a food ingredient at a mart.
Since it's a vegetable that I haven't tried, I wondered what I should make.
It looks similar to radish leaves, so you can make it like radish leaves.
