Cut the dried squid into bite-size pieces
Wash it 2-3 times

Before you mix it with the sauce, add 2Ts of mayonnaise to the dried squid
Add and mix and let stand for a while
Then you can eat the dried squid until you finish eating it

Oil 2Ts, cooking wine 1Ts, sugar 1Ts, red pepper powder 1Ts, soy sauce 1Ts, red pepper paste 2Ts, minced garlic 1Ts
Add and mix evenly :)

Bring to a boil the sauce in a heated pan to a boil
You can stir-fry it for about a minute

Let me give you another tip
Boil the sauce and turn off the gas stove before adding the dried squid
And if you stir-fry dried squid with residual heat, it's more moist
STEP 7/8
If you keep the heat on and stir-fry it, the moisture will go away
It gets tough. So make sure to turn off the heat and stir-fry it
At the end, I added 1ts of oligosaccharide to make it sweeter
If you don't like sweet things, I think you can skip it :)

It's moist and delicious stir-fried dried squid
If you eat freshly made dried squid with white rice
I want to say this is also rice thief
Add mayonnaise first and mix to make it moist
Stir-fry the sauce, turn off the heat, and stir-fry the dried squid
