Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Mix the seasoning ingredients (1.5 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide) in a pan.
STEP 2/5
Add tuna while heating over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix.
STEP 3/5
Place rice in a bowl - shredded lettuce - dried laver.
STEP 4/5
Put the seasoning you made on the seaweed and then put a fried egg on it.
