Make fried vegetables twice and make it crispy
I kept getting errors in my signature, so I held on for an hour and put 5 sheets each to solve it. You're the only one who's angry and annoyed...I turned off and on my laptop In the end, I succeeded~ ^^ I played drum and janggu alone. I made fried vegetables with everything in the refrigerator today. It tastes good when you fry it crispy and dip it in soy sauce.

Ingredients
  • sweet potato
  • onion
  • Young squash
  • Carrot
  • potato starch
  • Frying flour
  • Water
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I took out the vegetables in the refrigerator and chopped them. Sweet potatoes, pumpkins, onions, carrots... If you put perilla leaves, the taste, scent, and color would have been pretty, but since there's none, pass...
STEP 2/7
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and mix them. Add a little bit of starch powder and coat the ingredients.
STEP 3/7
Add frying powder and water. Since the amount of vegetables is different, I will pass the amount of frying powder and water. I'd like to write down the ratio... I tend to add little by little. If you add sparkling water or beer instead of water, you can make crispy fries. (This is how you know... I have sparkling water at home, but I just added water.))
STEP 4/7
I made the dough thick. Fried vegetables need to be lumped together.
STEP 5/7
Put a bunch of vegetables on the spatula and dip them in the oil
STEP 6/7
It's fried vegetables that are being fried in oil. Once fried, it's not crispy, so I'm going to fry it twice. The first one was fried simply with a basic(?) fry.
STEP 7/7
You're looking at the second fried vegetable that's fried. It's a lot darker than the first one, right?
