STEP 1/5
Remove frozen crabs from room temperature for about an hour before making marinated crabs.
That way, the flesh doesn't come out easily when you cut blue crabs ^^
Drain the cut blue crab in a colander.
STEP 2/5
6 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 cup of dark soy sauce + 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 2 pinches of salt, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoons of minced ginger, 1/2 of minced green onion, 2 cheongyang peppers, mix well, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to 1 minute to ripen the sauce.
Use the fermented sauce after cooling it down.
* After making the sauce, taste it and add the seasoning to suit your taste.
STEP 3/5
Add the sauce to the trimmed crab and mix well using a spoon.
If you mix it too hard, the weight may come out, so mix it carefully :)
STEP 4/5
It would look more delicious if you put sliced chives on top of the marinated crab, right?
Unfortunately, I don't have chives, so I just sprinkled a bit of sesame.
STEP 5/5
It's good to eat marinated crab right after you make it, but if you eat it after half a day or a day of aging, it's more delicious because the seasoning is absorbed in every corner of the crab meat ^^
