Making chewy milk tteok
I made milk rice cake after watching Youtuber Ari's video. The texture is chewy and the ingredients are simple, so you can easily try it at home!!

  • potato starch
    2/3cup
  • white sugar
    1/3cup
  • vanilla oil
    5drop
  • canned fruit

Cooking Steps

    I often made it while watching Ari's videos, but it was less milk than starch and sugar, so it quickly got really greasy when I boiled it over low heat. I put in more milk in a hurry and melted it a little bit, so I managed to save it.. I was flustered.
