Making Kiri Mochi Tteokbokki (feat. Kiri Mochi)
I was curious about the taste of Kiri Mochi, so I made it with tteokbokki, and the taste is similar to regular rice cakes and the texture is really chewy!! Kiri Mochi stretches like cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut Kiri Mochi into 3 pieces to make it easy to eat, and prepare the remaining fish cakes and onions in appropriate sizes.

Please make tteokbokki sauce, too.

First, grill the Kiri Mochi until it's.

Add a glass of water and sauce and cut.When the sauce starts to boil, add fish cake, onions, and green onions.

Lastly, I mixed 0.5 spoon of starch in water and added it until it became a little thick!

If you put in Kiri Mochi and cut it off like normal tteokbokki, the Kiri Mochi will all melt. Please make it separately!!
