STEP 1/14
Beat eggs lightly in a clean bowl
STEP 2/14
Combine brown sugar and salt in beaten egg
(You don't have to melt all the sugar)
STEP 3/14
Add all the nutella and mix
STEP 4/14
When Nutella is mixed, mix the powder
STEP 5/14
Nutella goes in and the dough is sticky, so it doesn't mix well
Mix the powder as if cutting slowly
STEP 6/14
If you can't see the powder, add chocolate chips and mix
STEP 7/14
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours
STEP 8/14
Cut marshmallows into appropriate sizes
STEP 9/14
Remove the frozen dough and pan it with a scoop without beating it
(If you don't have a scoop, you can use two spoons to shape it.)
STEP 10/14
The dough will spread as it is baked, so you have to pan with enough space
STEP 11/14
Place marshmallow in batter and press just enough to stick to the batter
STEP 12/14
Bake in a 180'C oven for 7 to 8 minutes
(If you want to make it chewy like a brownie, it takes 7 to 8 minutes,
If you want to eat it more crispy, you can bake it for 10 to 13 minutes.)
STEP 13/14
Remove the baked dough and transfer to a cooling net to cool
(The hot dough right after it is baked is not hard, so you should carefully move it using a scraper.)
STEP 14/14
The marshmallow stretches out even after the cookie cools down
