Steamed chicken with lots of vegetables
I solved my dinner with a simple braised chicken. Potatoes, cabbage, onions, perilla leaves, peppers, chives, and various vegetable flavors. Sweet and salty combination of chicken. It's a menu that makes you overeat^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Buy a pack of fried chicken and blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes
Remove.
STEP 2/8
Put the blanched chicken in a pot and add water
Pour the meat about two thirds deep and bring to a boil over high heat.

I'll put in the potatoes too.Other vegetables are cooked quickly, so don't put them together.

Cut the vegetables in advance.
STEP 5/8
Add soy sauce and brown sugar first and boil it for 10 minutes.
STEP 6/8
When the meat is almost cooked, add chopped green onions, garlic and chopped vegetables.
STEP 7/8
When the vegetables are out of breath, add the soaked glass noodles and boil them for 5 minutes. (It's good if you put in the wide glass noodles, but it wasn't chewy because you put in the stir-fried rice noodles. I strongly recommend glass noodles.)
STEP 8/8
After 5 minutes, add perilla leaves and add starch syrup and pepper powder to a plate.
Add soy sauce and black sugar before the water boils, so that the chicken is seasoned
