Let's make sticky rice paste first.
Mix 3 cups of water and 1 cup of glutinous rice powder in a microwave bowl. (Cup = Soju glass)
Heat it in the microwave for about a minute, add a pinch of salt, fold it well, and cool it down.
(Please note that the time may vary depending on the microwave.) ^^)
* The ratio of glutinous rice flour to water is 1:3
STEP 2/10
Using a laver brush, spread sticky rice paste on half of the laver.
STEP 3/10
Then fold the seaweed in half.

Spread glutinous rice paste on top of it again.
*Apply glutinous rice paste not too thick.

STEP 8/10
Pour enough oil into a preheated pan over medium heat and fry lightly.
Place fried seaweed chips on kitchen towels to drain some oil.
