STEP 1/5
Please prepare the ingredients.
I used one and a half lemons because they are small, but if the size of lemons in Korea is large, it would be enough to prepare one.
STEP 2/5
When the water boils, add the noodles.
And when the water boils, add the noodles.
The noodles are very soft(?) and when they are all in the pot, add a pinch of salt and a little olive oil and boil them.
The thin noodles I cook need to boil for 6 minutes (1 serving) and 7 minutes (2 servings or more)!
It is most accurate to follow the instructions in the pasta noodle box to boil the noodles.
STEP 3/5
Put the boiled noodles in a big bowl.
Please don't throw away the noodles.
Place the drained chi-chi in a bowl with noodles.
Squeeze 1 - 1.5 lemons and add them.
You can taste it while adding the number of lemons.
STEP 4/5
Shake it, shake it.
It doesn't look fancy, but it tastes really good!
STEP 5/5
I put it in a container for lunch.
Add some pepper at the end.
Go to the company!!!!
You have to eat it as soon as you make it so that you can feel the fresh and savory taste better.
If you pack it in a lunch box like me, squeeze 1 lemon (or 1/2 lemon) and mix it with a little olive oil and take it in a small container.
Pour in lemon + olive oil before lunch and microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute.
If you just microwave it, the noodles will dry up a lot.
