I bought a pack of cockles and it was 600g. It's delicious, but I haven't gained weight yet. Wash cockles by rubbing them in running water 7 to 10 times without separating them. It's a bit of a hassle to wash cockles, so you don't have to wash glasses several times.
STEP 2/6
Add cockles, add water, add 1T of flavor, 1T of ground garlic, and boil. Turn off the heat when 5 to 10 cockles start to ripen. Boil it over high heat and it can boil over, so boil it over medium heat and remove the foam that comes out when it boils.

Hold the cockle as if digging the back of the cockle with a spoon, remove the skin with the principle of lever, and rinse it again in water. When you make soup, you don't put cockles back in the soup and boil them. If you boil it for a long time, it is easy to get tough, so peel the boiled cockle, open the soup, and sprinkle it on top like a garnish. I enjoyed the food while making clams.

Use 200g of rice cake soup by soaking it in water for about 10 minutes. Use cockle broth for the broth, but mix the water in a 1:1 ratio. 400mL of water and 300mL of cockle broth were used.
STEP 5/6
When blanching cockles, garlic was already added and not added, but rice cakes were added and boiled, and then seasoned with soy sauce. Remove the foam, too, and once the rice cake starts to boil, add a few boiled dumplings.
STEP 6/6
When it boils, I added 1T of sesame oil and green onions to make it look better. If you don't have it, you can just add green onions.
This is the amount of meals per meal for one adult and two children. All seasonings are based on a spoonful of rice. One spoon is 15mL.
