  • a dried kelp
    2handful
  • onion

  • Cucumber
    1ea
  • Vinegar
    4T
  • salted anchovies
    4T
  • plum extract
    3T
  • sesame salt
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • Red pepper powder
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Soak the dried kelp in water for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/10
Shred onions and cucumbers.
STEP 3/10
Add minced garlic to vegetables.
STEP 4/10
Add red pepper powder.
STEP 5/10
Add the fish sauce.
STEP 6/10
Add plum extract.
STEP 7/10
Add the drained kelp.
STEP 8/10
Mix it together.
STEP 9/10
Add vinegar.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, add green onion and sesame salt.
1. I used it without blanching the dried kelp because it's not salted. 2. You can skip vinegar and red pepper powder depending on your preference. 3. You have to shred cucumbers like kelp so that they don't hurt the taste of kelp.
