Beef meat pancake recipe, with onions and chives
Meat pancakes with savory taste and soft texture. It's so delicious that I can't stop eating it In addition to crunchy onions and fresh chives. It keeps going into my stomachHaha (Refer to Sumi's side dish recipe)

  • Beef rump
    430g
  • Salt

  • ground pepper
    1/2t
  • glutinous rice flour
    2/3cup
  • Eggs
    4~5ea
  • leek
    40g
  • onion
    2/3ea
  • Vinegar
    1.5T
  • Soy sauce
    1T
  • a connoisseur

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Spread the red bean sesame, then season with a little salt & pepper.
STEP 2/6
Put glutinous rice flour egg water on both sides in order.
STEP 3/6
Grease a preheated frying pan with olive oil, place the meat on top and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 4/6
Shred onions and chop chives into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/6
Add an appropriate amount of onion and chives to the meat pancake and roll it.
STEP 6/6
If you dip the meat pancake in mustard sauce, it's done.
