Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare the radish by cutting it thickly
STEP 2/7
Put dried pollack in running water
Stir-fry it in perilla oil
STEP 3/7
Add radish and stir-fry it
STEP 4/7
Pour anchovy broth and boil it
You can use bottled water
STEP 5/7
Add green onions and minced garlic
Season it with clear soy sauce
STEP 6/7
I don't normally like the soup where I mix eggs
