STEP 1/5
Soak bean sprouts in cold water and wash them a couple of times.
Put bean sprouts in a pot, pour water, add 1/2 teaspoon of bay salt, close the lid, boil it over high heat, and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook until the fishy smell of bean sprouts disappears.
STEP 2/5
The bean sprouts are cooked properly. Drain the water by taking it out on a tray.
STEP 3/5
Put drained bean sprouts, chopped green onions, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sesame salt, and 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid in a frying pan.
STEP 4/5
I'm going to season the bean sprouts.
STEP 5/5
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on the edge of the pan, stir-fry slightly over high heat, and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to finish.
My own TIP>
I don't put garlic in stir-fried bean sprouts. I don't know when I eat it right away, but if I leave a lot in the side dish container, the moisture of the bean sprouts will be drained and the bean sprouts will become very thin and tough. After knowing that, I don't add garlic to seasoned and stir-fried bean sprouts.
You can enjoy it even if you don't put it in.
