Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 4T of cooking wine to the shrimp and mix, then let stand for about 5 minutes to catch the fishy smell.
STEP 2/7
Cut the squid into 1cm long pieces.
STEP 3/7
If it's wet, olive oil can splash. Drain thoroughly.
STEP 4/7
Break the peppers into small pieces, and break the whole pepper.
STEP 5/7
When the olive oil starts to boil, add the shrimp, mushrooms, and peppers and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Add squid, minced garlic, minced onion, salt, whole pepper, minced garlic, and boil it until the squid is cooked. (About 5 to 6 minutes)
STEP 7/7
If you dip the finished gambas in bread, it tastes better.
