STEP 1/9
Cut a handful of kimchi into bite-size pieces. When you eat noodles, kimchi is delicious when you chew it, so don't mince it too much^^

1 handful of kimchi, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder

1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 tablespoons oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Add a lot of sesame salt and mix it well, and the sauce for 2 servings of kimchi noodles is complete. ^^

Put noodles in boiling water and cook it well

Wash in cold water, squeeze out the water, and place in a bowl.
