Making Kimchi Rolled Spicy Noodles
Why do I crave noodles more than rice these days? It's hard to eat out, so I made kimchi roll bibim-guksu at home^^

  • Red pepper powder

  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce
    1.5TS
  • Vinegar
    2TS
  • Sesame oil
    2TS
  • Oligosaccharide
    1/2TS
  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut a handful of kimchi into bite-size pieces. When you eat noodles, kimchi is delicious when you chew it, so don't mince it too much^^
STEP 2/9
1 handful of kimchi, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
STEP 3/9
1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
STEP 4/9
2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 tablespoons oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons sesame oil
STEP 5/9
Add a lot of sesame salt and mix it well, and the sauce for 2 servings of kimchi noodles is complete. ^^
STEP 6/9
Put noodles in boiling water and cook it well
STEP 7/9
Wash in cold water, squeeze out the water, and place in a bowl.

If you put the sauce on top, you're done!!! I don't have much work to do, and I think it's good because I can make it delicious and fast with what I have at home^^
